We are looking for a marketing analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for the secondary funnel and working with the existing client base.
Main tasks:
• cohort analysis of secondary clients • analysis of refinancing and repeat loans • working with the funnel: loan closing → repeat application → approval → disbursement • searching for reasons for dips by segments and periods • analysis of communication effectiveness: SMS, push, CRM, personal account, promo codes • assessment of the client base potential and forecasting of disbursements • building and maintaining reporting on the secondary funnel • searching for growth points and hypotheses to increase conversion and the volume of repeat loans
What is important: • Confident experience with SQL • experience in fintech / lending / microfinance organizations • understanding of client funnels and retention metrics • confident work with analytics and large volumes of data • ability not just to show numbers, but to explain the reasons for changes and propose a solution • proactivity and independence • communication skills, as the team is young, energetic, and interacts a lot with each other
