Freelance Short Form Video Editor

I need help, and that's hard for me to say out loud.

For years, I've been the person giving advice. Sharing job postings. Encouraging others to shoot their shot, but now I’m the one asking.

I'm looking for a freelance short form video editor.

I'm building something of my own. Content that's mine, IP. A brand that's mine. And I've realized I can't do it alone, so I'm shooting my shot.

June's looking intense with the NBA Finals and World Cup. The sports content calendar is about to explode, and I need a partner to help me keep pace.

A high school or college student building their portfolio. Someone with experience editing short form content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. NYC/NJ area preferred but not a dealbreaker.

This is currently unpaid, with potential to become a paid freelance role by the end of the summer. But the value is priceless. Mentorship from someone with 10 years in the sports industry, access to networking events, and hands-on experience building a brand in this space. When you're starting out, that's worth more than a check.

If you're interested, drop a comment with a link to your portfolio and I'll reach out personally.
