I am building a systematic business, not a "cozy agency for the soul." We are already №1 in SEO for elite new buildings. You can check it by typing any top-rated residential complex into the search engine, we will be at the top.

Now we are improving our secondary real estate department. Last year, we closed several major deals, strengthened management with an expert who has thousands of deals to his credit, and are now assembling a team that will conquer this market. The only thing missing from this team is you — a client relations specialist.

At ANWIN, the first contact with a client is not a mechanical cold call. It is the entry point to a high-level deal.

You will work with people for whom real estate is capital, status, investment, and lifestyle. But before a client meets with a broker, you need to establish initial contact.

This will be your area of responsibility.

What the job includes:

• Outgoing calls to potential clients;
• Brief presentation of ANWIN and our capabilities;
• Identifying interest in buying, selling, or consulting;
• Skillful handling of objections;
• Scheduling appointments with a broker;
• Recording information in CRM.

It's important to understand: this is not a "sit on incoming calls" position. We need someone who can initiate contact themselves.

You will make a lot of calls. Not every conversation will be successful. Not every client will want to continue the dialogue immediately. But if you have a strong voice, a calm delivery, and inner resilience — this role could be an excellent entry point into the elite real estate market.

We need someone who:

• Has experience in client acquisition;
• Speaks fluently and confidently;
• Knows how to maintain a professional tone;
• Is not afraid of rejection;
• Learns quickly;
• Understands that discipline in calls directly impacts results;
• Wants to play in the premier league. Understands that real estate is not just square meters, but architecture, art, and status.
