Experience 3–6 years Company: LLC Original Code ☑️Responsibilities -Execution of technically complex tasks, application architecture design -Application of knowledge in the field of application delivery to the production environment (CI/CD) -Not only independent task solving, but also initiating tasks for application refactoring with a well-reasoned argument for why it should be done -Assisting the team lead in employee development and hiring, organizing training and consultations on contentious issues -Proposing solutions for optimizing team workflows -Performing code reviews of colleagues' code, providing constructive criticism based on specific suggestions for improvement -Standardizing solutions to minimize errors -Effective interaction with other team members, discussing complex issues with external teams, clarifying the completeness of requirements or agreeing on important technical solutions with the project architect -Writing tests for developed applications -Fixing bugs in applications within the scope of competence -Continuous learning and skill improvement

☑️What is important for this position -Solid knowledge of JavaScript, React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3/Sass -Understanding of semantic markup principles -Ability to work with build tools (Webpack/Vite) -Experience with Nextjs and understanding when SSR is needed and when it can be omitted -Experience developing applications using ready-made components (UI-kit) -Understanding the specifics of working with technical debt, the “cost” of refactoring -Experience with Docker -Experience working in a cross-functional team Good communication skills
