Seeking a Legal Counsel ⚖️

About Us: An international technology company in the Web3 space and one of the largest mining pools in the world. We are developing a crypto product ecosystem that combines payment infrastructure, custodial solutions, mining, and corporate services for businesses.

📌Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and approve commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, partnership contracts, license agreements, etc.); • Support corporate processes in various jurisdictions (EU, UAE, USA, CIS); • Participate in the legal support of Web3 and FinTech products, including digital assets and crypto infrastructure; • Support compliance projects, licensing, and interaction with regulators; • Coordinate the work of external legal consultants and manage internal legal processes.

📌Candidate Profile: • Higher legal education; • 2–4 years of experience in-house or at a law firm; • Fluent in English and Russian; • Good knowledge of contract and corporate law; • Ability to independently organize work, set priorities, and work in an international team. • Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
