We are growing, and along with us, the volume of contracts with contractors, agencies, consultants, and partners in various jurisdictions is increasing. We are looking for a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager who will take ownership of the document system: from agreement to signed contract, correct payment, and a full set of closing documents.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a unified contract system: registry, templates, and rules for their use.
- Prepare and support documents for employees and contractors: onboarding, changes, terminations, electronic signing.
- Draft contracts with contractors, agencies, partners, and consultants, including terms for promotional activities; review incoming contracts considering jurisdictional limitations.
- Forward non-standard cases to external lawyers with a prepared brief and monitor deadlines.
- Manage documents for payments and closing documents together with the finance department.
- Be a single point of contact for document-related requests with a clear SLA.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in contract management: contract lawyer, Legal Operations, or Contract Manager.
- Experience in building a contract management process from scratch using tools: registry, templates, electronic signing, automation of routine tasks.
- Experience with international contracts from the side of a US or EU company with counterparties from different jurisdictions: services agreement, NDA, IP assignment.
- Understanding of sanctions restrictions, jurisdictional limitations, and risks associated with contractor payments.
- Risk-based approach: seeking how to do things safely, not how to prohibit everything.
- English language proficiency for working with contracts.
Will be a plus
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or payments.
- Experience with documents for payments and tax documentation for international contractors.
- Experience implementing document management systems.
