ARBI is an international FinTech ecosystem developing payment infrastructure, financial IT products, and investment projects.
We are expanding our team and looking for a Legal Manager with mandatory experience in High-Risk PSP, who can build the legal function from scratch and take responsibility for supporting international business, including grey markets.
Key Responsibilities: • Building and supporting the company's legal processes from scratch; • Opening and supporting legal entities in international jurisdictions; • Participation in obtaining financial and payment licenses; • Opening corporate and settlement accounts, interaction with banks, EMIs, and PSPs; • Preparation and approval of international agreements with payment providers, merchants, and partners; • Legal structuring and support of investment projects and transactions; • Working with AML / KYC / Compliance and regulatory requirements; • Assessment of legal risks when entering new markets, including high-risk / grey markets; • Handling disputes with counterparties and interaction with international legal consultants.
Job Requirements: • From 3 years of experience in the legal field; • Mandatory experience working directly in High-Risk PSP; • Higher legal education; • Practical experience with international jurisdictions, licensing, and opening bank accounts; • Understanding of payment processing, acquiring, pay-in / payout; • Knowledge of international corporate and commercial law; • Experience in legal support of investment projects; • Understanding of AML / KYC and regulatory risks; • English — B2+; • Independence and readiness to build processes from scratch.
💡 Important: we are considering candidates specifically from the PSP industry with experience in high-risk markets. Knowledge of Thai legislation is not required.
