Role: Legal Counsel Field: Payments / High-Risk / iGaming Format: Full-time, remote Compensation: Up to 5,000 USDT

We are looking for a lawyer with 3+ years of experience in high-risk / iGaming, who has a good understanding of the payment business, can independently assess legal & regulatory risks, and find practical solutions in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities: • Support the payment business and products at all stages of development • Advise on Payments, PSP, Acquiring, Processing, and related risks • Analyze legislation and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions • Participate in the structuring of new products, processes, and partnerships • Develop and approve contracts: PSP/Acquirer, Processing, Merchant, Partnership agreements. • Conduct negotiations with PSPs, providers, merchants, and other counterparties • Handle KYC/KYB, AML, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Chargebacks, Fraud issues in collaboration with relevant teams • Provide the business with practical recommendations on legal & compliance risks • Work with external consultants and local lawyers • Develop internal legal processes and contractual standards

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in high-risk, iGaming. • Good understanding of the payment ecosystem and specifics of the payment business • Experience in independent contract work and negotiations • Ability to quickly understand new jurisdictions and regulatory requirements • English — sufficient for working with international contracts and counterparties. • Ability to communicate with the business in terms of risks, solutions, and trade-offs.
