💳 Payment System Specialist 💰up to 1500€ 🌎remote 🔋full time

We are looking for a specialist to help ensure the stable operation of payment systems, control transactions, and promptly resolve payment incidents.

🔹 Responsibilities: — monitor the operation of payment systems, methods, and providers; — control the success of deposits, payouts, and other transactions; — analyze declined / failed / pending transactions and find the causes of problems; — process and escalate payment incidents; — interact with PSPs, banks, and other payment partners; — participate in the connection and setup of new payment methods and providers; — check payment flows after integrations and changes; — interact with Tech, Finance, and Support teams; — monitor the availability of payment methods by GEO, currencies, and localizations; — analyze the conversion rate and approval rate of payment methods; — identify problems affecting payment success and initiate improvements; — maintain documentation on payment systems, integrations, and processes.

🔹 Requirements: — experience with online payments, PSPs, acquiring, or payment operations; — understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle; — understanding of API integrations, callbacks/webhooks, and HTTP; — ability to analyze logs and technical information on transactions; — strong analytical skills and attention to detail; — English language proficiency sufficient for communication with international providers.

⭐ Will be a plus: — experience in iGaming / FinTech; — experience with Payment Gateway / Payment Platform; — understanding of routing, cascading, smart routing, and payment orchestration; — understanding of chargebacks, refunds, fraud, and AML/KYC processes.
