We are looking for a lawyer to support electronic payments at Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by more than 800,000 clients.
In 2023, Tochka Bank obtained its own banking license. This means we now independently control the entire service cycle, have become more flexible in decision-making, and can expand and improve our product line faster. To achieve this, we are looking for banking specialists who are not afraid to tackle complex tasks and delve into new areas.
What you will do
- Provide legal support to teams developing banking and digital products, including in the areas of payments, e-commerce, acquiring, and the Faster Payments System (SBP).
- Work closely with product and business teams and participate in the launch of proprietary and partner products.
- Develop legal models for digital services and complex contractual structures from scratch, combining banking and non-banking products.
- Assess legal and regulatory risks, and propose possible implementation options for product ideas to the business.
- Address issues at the intersection of banking law, payments, IT, intellectual property, and personal data.
- Prepare legal opinions and independently lead the legal support for complex and non-standard projects.
- Develop and update contractual and internal documentation for supported products.
You are a good fit if
- You have at least five years of experience as a lawyer and strong practical expertise in banking law.
- You understand the regulation of payments and e-commerce: acquiring, SBP, C2B services.
- You know how to work with the requirements of Federal Laws 115-FZ, 161-FZ, 152-FZ, and the regulations of the Bank of Russia.
- You have experience developing legal product models and complex contractual structures from scratch.
- You can comprehensively assess legal risks and not only identify limitations but also propose solutions to the business.
- You can independently manage projects and work with the business as a partner.
It will be an advantage if
- You have experience in legal support of IT products and digital services.
- You know intellectual property legislation and have experience with software licensing.
- You can read technical documentation and work with product and technical teams.
- You have experience supporting personal data issues and understand the tax implications of product models.
