Project Manager (Education)

Position: Project Manager (Education) Organization: NAO «Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools» branch «Center for Pedagogical Measurements» City: Astana

Responsibilities: • full support of the project lifecycle: from planning and work organization to execution control and results evaluation; • preparation, updating and support of project documentation, including regulations, instructions, training materials and solution descriptions; • coordination of the project team's work, operational resolution of emerging issues and ensuring effective interaction between project participants; • project risk monitoring, development and implementation of preventive and corrective measures for their minimization; • organization, conducting and moderation of working meetings, conferences and project sessions; • control of task deadlines and achievement of key project performance indicators; • preparation of analytical materials and reporting on the progress of project implementation.

Requirements: • higher education in the field of information technology and/or pedagogy. (NU, AITU, KBTU, etc.); • at least 2 years of work experience in educational organizations (schools, colleges, universities, professional development centers, etc.); • project management or project activity coordination experience will be an advantage; • possession of project management certificates (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is welcomed; • planning, prioritization, and effective work organization skills in a multitasking environment; • developed communication and organizational skills, the ability to make independent decisions and work effectively in a team; • confident command of office software and project management tools.
