💡 What needs to be done: • Leadership: manage a team of designers, mentor and drive their growth. • Content Strategy: be responsible for the entire UI/UX and 3D content production cycle. • Performance Design: create visuals that "perform" and directly impact ROI. • Optimization: implement AI tools and 3D pipelines to accelerate production. • Process Building: build design processes from scratch without micromanagement.

🧠** Requirements:** **• 3+ years of experience in content (from idea to implementation of large projects). • Niche Background (Must have): iGaming or related niches (Crypto, Nutra). • Visual Expertise: deep understanding of mobile UI/UX, 3D, and Motion. • Management: ability to organize a team and maintain focus in a dynamic pace.
