Product Specialist

At Freedom, I am looking for experienced product specialists of Senior level and above for several directions. The roles are different, but the general portrait of a person I want to meet is the same: ▪️ Strong experience in B2C product companies. Understanding the end-user, their behavior, and how customer value translates into business results. ▪️ Fundamental product knowledge. Research, analytics, experiments, product economics — and the ability to apply them for decision-making. ▪️ Full ownership. Experience of responsibility for a direction: from problem identification and strategy to implementation, metrics, and results. ▪️ AI is a must-have. Practical use of AI tools in product work and understanding where AI can bring value to the user and the business. ▪️ Priority is given to domain experience in aviation, automotive, and ticketing.
