Head of Product

Looking for a Head of Product at Fingular 🌟 Fingular is a fintech holding company headquartered in Singapore with digital financial products in Europe and Asia. We are preparing to enter new Asian markets and are looking for a product leader who, together with their own product team, will develop our digital products in one of them: from research and finding product-market fit to launch. If you have created digital financial products, led a team of product managers, and make data-driven decisions, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities include: → Product KPIs (MAU, conversion, retention, LTV) and individual P&L metrics → Market research: industry trends, competitors, local specifics, regulations → Market entry preparation: market size assessment, product offering, launch business case → Understanding customer needs through research and data analysis → Product initiatives in line with company strategy, supported by a business case → Managing the product team, its formation, and development → Development from idea to launch with the internal IT team and local partners

This role is for you if you have: ✓ 6+ years in product management in online, finance, insurance, or e-commerce ✓ 3+ years of managing a team of product managers ✓ Experience in fintech ✓ Experience with digital B2C or SMB financial and credit products ✓ Understanding of web and mobile technologies and UX principles ✓ Proficient use of analytical tools ✓ Experience in implementing complex cross-functional projects and achieving KPIs ✓ Technical or financial education ✓ English C1 with fluent conversational skills Experience launching products in new markets and working in emerging markets (Southeast Asia, India, etc.) will be a plus.
