📌 What you will do:

— Formalize product requirements together with product managers — Decompose development tasks and manage their implementation (deadlines, budget, resources) — Manage product testing and debugging — Monitor changes and assess their impact on deadlines and costs — Plan project resources — Synchronize the work of cross-functional teams — Maintain project documentation and reporting — Participate in the preparation of documentation and certification — Prepare for mass production launch

📌 What is important:

— Understanding of project management and risk management (Agile + Waterfall + PMP) — Proven experience working with development teams is mandatory — Experience in hardware / manufacturing (electronics, devices) is desirable — Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Confluence — Skills in working with documentation and presentations (Excel / PPT) — Fluent English (required) — Experience managing matrix teams — Strong communication skills — Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
