We are looking for a .NET (C#) developer to create, maintain, and develop the company's software based on this technology.
You will be responsible for high-performance server logic, refactoring legacy components, and developing secure integrations via REST API. You will also become the technical link between the existing server infrastructure and our long-term transition to our own Unified WFM Platform. The work covers multiple products and involves a flexible Agile approach with adaptation to changing technologies and requirements.
Your responsibilities:
- Server-side development: design, code, test, and deploy robust server components for our core services and existing applications.
- New platform development: participate in system architecture design, data flow description, and implementation of the next generation of software, adhering to clean code principles.
- Integration responsibility: create, optimize, and maintain secure integration layers, webhooks, and data synchronization mechanisms for consistent operation of internal databases.
- Complex incident resolution (Tier 3): conduct root cause analysis of critical server-side errors, synchronization failures, and complex defects.
- Improving development quality: write comprehensive unit tests, document API contracts, and participate in constructive code reviews.
Applicant requirements:
- 2–3 years of solid commercial experience in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6/8+ development
- Proven experience in creating scalable, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs and microservices handling complex JSON structures
- Strong proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), including Entity Framework Core, data modeling, query optimization, and transaction management
- Good knowledge of secure programming principles: RBAC and working with JWT/OAuth2 tokens
- Practical application of SOLID, DRY, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Technical or higher education
Will be an advantage:
- Experience integrating with CRM platforms or managing data flows for them (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho One)
- Familiarity with connecting server-side APIs to AI models and LLM endpoints (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), as well as deploying automated AI agents
- Hands-on experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Experience with Azure, Azure Key Vault, and Git
