I am looking for a Software IP & R&D Documentation Coordinator in an international product AI company in the nutrition sector.

If you have experience with IT documentation, project coordination, Product/R&D Operations, Legal Operations, Software Compliance, or related areas – we would be happy to meet you.

What you will be doing:

• maintain a registry of software products, repositories, and IP assets; • collect information from developers, CTO, and product teams; • link repositories, Jira tasks, releases, and development costs; • prepare monthly document packages for accounting, auditors, and tax consultants; • coordinate the preparation of documents for copyright registration, code deposit, and other intellectual property matters with lawyers; • maintain the accuracy of R&D documentation, OSS registry, SBOM, and other internal artifacts.

What we expect:

✔️ experience with IT documentation, project coordination, Product/R&D Operations, Legal Operations, Software Compliance, or related areas; ✔️ understanding of the development process (Git, repositories, pull requests, releases, Jira/YouTrack/Linear); ✔️ ability to work with documentation, large amounts of information, and different teams; ✔️ attention to detail, deadlines, and document structure; ✔️ English language proficiency for confident written communication.

Will be a plus:

• experience interacting with lawyers, accountants, or auditors; • experience with Software IP, software licensing, open-source compliance, copyright registration, or R&D documentation.

Conditions:

📍 Fully remote work. 🕙 Initially, full-time for 2-3 months is possible, then part-time (20-30 hours per month). 💶 The salary level is discussed individually.
