Hi! The ArtDock team is looking for a strong Game Designer / Team Lead (PC, Console) for our office in Cyprus. We need a person ready to combine the role of lead game designer and team leader, working on the project at all its stages.

📌 Mandatory requirement: Cypriot citizenship or a valid Cypriot residence permit (with the right to work and reside in Cyprus).

Responsibilities:

• Work across all game design specializations at all project stages.
• Configure gameplay and tweak balance directly in Unity.
• Combine game designer and team lead responsibilities: coordinate the team, distribute tasks, and monitor development direction.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions (Game Designer / Lead GD).
• Confident knowledge of Unity for balance and game mechanics setup.
• English language proficiency for confident work correspondence (without a translator) for external communications.
• The primary working language within the team is Russian.
• Willingness to work exclusively in an office format.

Conditions:

• Format: Office in Cyprus only, full-time.
• Salary: Discussed individually (we are ready to consider your expectations and experience).
