Vacancy: Systems Analyst (Derivatives)

Salary: 280,000–350,000 RUB net (Labor Code/Individual Entrepreneur)
The project is related to the development of the investment business of one of the largest banks in the Russian Federation: scaling derivative products (forwards, options, swaps) and developing online channels (internet banking, mobile application for legal entities).
➕ Responsibilities:
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of business and system requirements
- Preparation of technical specifications, change management
- Elaboration of integrations (Kafka, REST, SOAP, FIX, files)
- Participation in business analysis tasks (~30–40%)
- Working with investment products and derivatives
- Building UML and BPMN diagrams
- Gap analysis (as-is / to-be)
- Interaction with internet banking teams, back-office, risk control, treasury
📊 Requirements:
- **System analyst experience from 3 years
- Experience in the financial sector (investments / brokerage / back-office)**
- Strong SQL skills (join, subqueries, functions, procedures)
- Basic programming skills
- Higher technical education
- Experience with: REST API, queues, web services
- Knowledge of formats: JSON, XML (XPath will be a plus)
- Experience in describing requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
- UML, BPMN
- Experience with Jira / Confluence
⭐️ Will be a plus:
- Experience with Atlassian products (Bitbucket)
- Experience with Systematica (Radius, Modullar, Checkpoint)
