We are looking for a System / Business Analyst who thrives on ownership and technical depth. In this role, you'll lead complex integration projects end-to-end – from understanding system flows and API interactions to delivery and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams, improving system integrations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of technology and business, where you'll need to dig into data, test APIs, drive meaningful improvements from idea to delivery.

Your mission

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional and system specifications.
• Lead analysis for complex and integration-heavy initiatives, involving multiple systems, services, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Take ownership of requirements throughout the full lifecycle – from discovery and design to delivery and post-launch improvements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support product rollouts and provide ongoing support and maintenance after implementation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve system interactions, and enhance user experience.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business / System Analyst or similar role.
• Experience leading integrations or complex projects involving multiple systems, APIs, or services.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) for automation, data analysis, or workflow optimization.
• Confident SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
