Data Engineer

We are looking for a junior data engineer who wants to understand how data is structured within a large-scale government platform — from source to presentation layer.

▪️ Responsibilities — Development and support of ETL/ELT processes in Airflow — Setting up data loading from external sources and government systems — Building data layers and presentation layers in dbt on ClickHouse / PostgreSQL — Writing and optimizing SQL queries — Data quality control and pipeline monitoring — Collaboration with analysts and the DS team

▪️ What we expect from you — Solid foundational knowledge of SQL (JOIN, aggregations, window functions) — Python for data manipulation (pandas, working with APIs, files) — Understanding of relational databases and data storage principles — Basic Linux and Git skills — Accuracy, responsibility, and a desire to grow in Data Engineering

▪️ Will be a plus — Experience with Airflow, dbt, or Docker (at least at the level of training projects) — Familiarity with ClickHouse or other columnar DBMS — Pet projects, courses, or GitHub with data-related code
