We are looking for a junior specialist to join our product analytics team to work on the development of T-Bank's products, data analysis, and support for product decision-making.
Tasks:
- Identify key metrics and conduct preliminary analysis of various initiatives
- Propose and test the effectiveness of various hypotheses for project development
- Design the data model and key reporting for the direction
- Independently identify and meet the team's analytical needs
Requirements:
- Higher technical or specialized education (incomplete from the 4th year is acceptable)
- Knowledge of SQL or one of the programming languages at the level of basic algorithms
- Ability to defend your point of view with arguments
- Critical thinking
- Will be an advantage: education from universities: MSU (Mechanics and Mathematics, Computing Mathematics and Cybernetics, Physics), MIPT, HSE (Faculty of Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics), NES, SPbU
