Accountant

📍 Limassol, Cyprus | Office

We are looking for an accountant to work with a group of companies in Limassol. Good knowledge of Cypriot accounting and experience in independent management of segments are important.

Tasks: • Maintaining accounting records for several companies and participating in period closing;
• Payroll calculation and mandatory payments;
• Reconciliations with counterparties and intercompany settlements;
• Interaction with external accounting providers;
• Preparation of documents, calculations, and reconciliations for audit;
• Verification of primary documents and correction of discrepancies;
• Interaction with the Tax Department, Social Insurance, and other government bodies;
• Preparation of reports and analytics for management.

🔎 What is important: • Experience as an accountant in Cyprus;
• Practical experience in calculating payroll and related mandatory payments;
• Experience in preparing documents for audit;
• Proficient Excel and the ability to manage several companies simultaneously;
• English language for working with documents and business correspondence;
• Independence, attentiveness, and responsibility.
