📄 Job Description:

Responsibilities Receive incoming patient calls in English and Russian, about 40-50 calls per day Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the ModMed system Verify patient insurance before appointments Call patients with reminders and appointment confirmations Forward inquiries to doctors and clinic staff that cannot be resolved over the phone Record each call in the patient's file Maintain confidentiality of medical data Requirements English level C1 or higher: fluent phone conversation, understanding of American accent Russian — native or fluent At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role Willingness to work evening and night shifts Attention to detail and accuracy with data
