Location: Moscow; Salary: 150,000-180,000 net (negotiable); Type of employment: full-time, 5/2 (Monday-Friday); Employment contract: according to the Russian Labor Code; Work format: remote or office, as preferred;

About the project: Kodik — a next-generation AI IDE focusing on security, data anonymization, and working with LLMs. We are building infrastructure that allows companies to safely use modern AI models while complying with the requirements of the Russian Federation.

Upcoming tasks: — Deployment and support of server infrastructure (RU region) — Configuration and maintenance of: Linux servers (Ubuntu / Debian), Nginx / reverse proxy, load balancers; — Work with clouds: Selectel / Yandex Cloud / VK Cloud; — Ensuring API stability (FastAPI / backend services); — Monitoring and alerting: Grafana / Prometheus; — Setting up logging and debugging network issues: tcpdump, mtr, traceroute, curl; — Work with SSL / TLS (including TLS 1.3); — Performance and resilience optimization; — Participation in incident investigation (connectivity, 403/timeout, etc.); — Understanding of 152-FZ requirements; — Experience with: data isolation, VPN / private networks, firewall rules; — Setting up secure access to services; — Work with data anonymization (a plus);

Required qualifications: — Confident Linux skills (3+ years); — Experience with: Nginx, systemd, Docker (basic); — Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing; — Debugging experience: why "it's not connecting from RU"; — Work with high-load APIs;

A plus: — Experience with AI/LLM infrastructure; — GPU servers (CUDA, inference); — Kubernetes; — Experience with CDN (especially the RU segment); — Experience with provider blocks/restrictions;
