🌍 Format: Remote 💰 Compensation: pegged to USD

🕐 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30–18:30 GMT+2

What you will learn: • Create creatives with a scale of hundreds of thousands of dollars in spend. • Understand at a glance whether a video is a hit or not. • Understand performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how visuals affect revenue. • Quickly master any new AI services and integrate them into your work. • Work effectively within a large team, exchange experience, and grow in an atmosphere of absolute trust.

What you need to get started: • After Effects: Confident work with Speed Graph, keyframes, scripts, and perfect project organization. • Photoshop (Base): Work with Pen Tool, masks, and quick cleanup of AI artifacts. • Design fundamentals: Sense of composition, color, typography, and rhythm in the frame. • AI experience: Practice working with neural networks and understand how to "push" a prompt to get the desired result. • Experience: From 1 year in-house or from 2 years freelance.

It would be great if you have: • English B1+. • Experience in advertising creatives for Health & Fitness or mobile applications.
