Game Designer

Role Context: Here, the game designer assembles the feature themselves: comes up with it, describes it, sketches an interface layout, and brings it to release. No technical decomposition – just game design, decisions, and a live project where you can see the results of your work immediately.

What needs to be done:

• Lead features from idea to release: concept → short OnePage → implementation → refinement based on feedback
• Create draft interface mockups and assign tasks to the UI/UX designer — features involve a lot of UI
• Think about how the mechanics will affect the rest of the game: economy, player interaction, motivation
• Participate in regular content updates for the live project
• Work closely with the lead game designer, UI/UX, development, and producer
