🔻 Responsibilities: — features from concept to release — maintain and develop the Game Design Document (GDD) — work closely with development, testing, and art teams — deconstruct similar games — work with analytics and statistics
🔻 Expectations: — 4+ years in game design — portfolio of f2p projects with at least one successful midcore project — data-driven decisions based on analytics — passion for creating complex worlds Experience with racing / sandbox games is a big plus.
