📌 Looking for a Middle+ Game Designer for GTA RP Mobile 🎮

Hello! We are looking for an experienced game designer to develop a mobile multiplayer GTA RP project.

What will we pay attention to?

— Commercial game design experience of 2+ years
— Game design experience in mobile and GTA RP / CRMP / SA:MP / GTA 5 RP projects
— Understanding of Open World specifics, RP mechanics, and multiplayer game systems
— Experience in designing and balancing game economy, progression, and monetization
— Ability to create GDDs, describe game mechanics, and assign tasks to developers
— Understanding of mobile UX, player behavior, and audience retention specifics

What will be the responsibilities?

— Designing and developing GTA RP game mechanics
— Developing systems for economy, professions, factions, businesses, and progression
— Working out game scenarios considering the specifics of mobile gameplay
— Balancing mechanics, analyzing game metrics, and improving the player experience
— Preparing documentation and interacting with the development team
