Vacancy Description: We are an indie team making gameplay visual novels, casual, and action games. We publish on Steam for PC and operate in the Adult/NSFW segment. We are looking for a game designer who will lead projects from the first idea to release and keep everyone working on them together.

Tasks:

• Lead the project from concept to release and write the GDD
• Assign tasks to the team (development, art, animation, sound, UI) and accept the results
• Balance game systems
• Write scripts and in-game texts (dialogues, character biographies, quests, descriptions)
• Participate in the creation and acceptance of technical specifications for art (characters, locations, static and key story scenes) and sound (soundtrack, SFX, voiceovers)
• Technically work with text: implement commands and integrate it into the engine
• Handle localization and check the finished EN version
• Interact closely with the team and keep everyone informed of current tasks

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a game designer
• Portfolio with releases or launched projects

Will be a plus:

• Specialized gamedev education
• Experience working on projects with similar themes/genres
• Experience with Unity and Git
• English language at B2 level
