Vacancy description: Elemental Towers is a VR game that combines puzzles, tower building, and dragon battles. The player takes on the role of a mage restoring magical towers.

The game already has implemented gameplay and mechanics, but they do not yet form a cohesive product. It is necessary to study the current version of the project, agree on the game's vision based on existing capabilities, and identify the necessary changes. The result of the work will be a game design document describing the game loop, rules, and system interactions, as well as a concrete plan for completing the game.

We expect practical experience in game design and preparing documentation for developers.

Payment: The budget has not yet been determined, as we are attracting a game designer for this task for the first time. We are ready to discuss market rates, including high ones, if they are justified by experience and scope of work.
