We are expanding our team and looking for a Jira Analyst who will be responsible for the development and configuration of Jira/Confluence, and will also act as a link between business and technical implementation of processes. If you are interested not just in system administration, but in influencing how the company's workflows are structured, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Manage Change Management initiatives, gather structured feedback from stakeholders
- Collect and formalize business requirements, translate them into technical system configuration
- Design and approve technical solutions architecture, considering system limitations
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes based on performance indicators and feedback
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for internal teams
Requirements
- Ability to identify process bottlenecks, formalize them into requirements, and propose solutions within technical constraints
- Systems thinking, risk management skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with different stakeholders and communicate the value of changes
- Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Technical background: REST API, JSON, basic JavaScript, databases, understanding of client-server interaction
- Experience with Jira administration (Cloud and/or Data Center): workflow, permission, notification, screen, field schemes
- Understanding of Jira data structure: issue types, statuses, transitions, custom fields
- Proficient in JQL: filters, reports, bulk operations
- Experience with Jira Automation configuration
- Experience with basic Confluence administration: spaces, access rights, templates
- Experience in building dashboards and reports (Rich Filters, Custom Charts)
- Experience with Jira Plans, Structure, Advanced Roadmaps, or Big Picture

- Experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Make, Zapier, Albato)
- Experience implementing AI solutions
