What you will do: 🔗 Be the link between buying and pharma: gather buyer pain points and bring them to a solution 🤝 Conduct negotiations with agencies: prices, volumes, terms, onboarding new agents 📋 Ensure that no request is lost: each has a status and an owner ⚙️ Prepare and transfer resources: BM, pixels, catalogs, accesses 📊 Maintain an up-to-date picture of available resources ⚡️ Independently handle urgent pharma tasks, without passing them up the chain 👥 Over time, build and lead your own pharma cell

You are a good fit if: ✅ Strong experience in pharma or supporting an arbitration team ✅ Deep understanding of Facebook: BM, profiles, pixels, catalogs, accesses, appeals, verifications, warm-ups ✅ Experience in crisis resolution: restrictions, traffic drops, supplier delays ✅ Ability to negotiate with agents and defend your position ✅ Speak the same language as buyers and are not afraid to raise uncomfortable questions ✅ Willingness to complete a test task: a case with a Facebook problem ✅ Experience in buying after pharma and English for negotiations will be a plus
