Game Economy Mathematician (iGaming / Gacha) | Remote | Project

A product company is looking for a Senior Game Economy Mathematician for a project with game cases in the style of CS and Gacha.

The key requirement is practical experience in building RTP models. You will need to develop a system that will integrate prize drop probabilities, bonuses, and rewards into a manageable game economy.

Responsibilities:

🌸Conduct an audit of the current game mathematics 🌸Calculate drop probabilities, EV, margin, and volatility of cases 🌸Develop dynamic recalculation of probabilities when prize prices change 🌸Build a personal RTP model considering bonuses and rewards 🌸Plan for abuse protection and verify the model through simulations 🌸Implement the logic and provide documentation to the team

Requirements:

💦Senior / Lead level and practical experience with RTP 💦Experience in game mathematics: iGaming, casino, slots, crash, or Gacha 💦Strong foundation in probability theory, statistics, and optimization 💦Experience in building simulators and verifying mathematical models 💦Development skills in PHP 8+ and/or TypeScript/JavaScript 💦Fluent Russian for team communication

Will be a plus:

💦Experience with cases, loot boxes, and Gacha mechanics 💦Experience with personal RTP and bonus budgeting 💦Understanding of provably fair and protecting the game economy from exploitation
