Slot Game Mathematician
We create gaming products that set the standard in the iGaming industry. We are looking for a Slot Game Mathematician who will develop and validate mathematical models for our slots, as well as help us build a healthy portfolio of new games ahead of demand.
This role is ideal for someone who loves balancing volatility, RTP, and gameplay experience, and who knows how to turn a mathematical concept into a thoroughly tested, production-ready model.
What you will do
- Develop and build mathematical models for new slot games, including base game and bonus features
- Balance RTP, volatility, and win frequency according to product and market requirements
- Validate models through simulation and statistical testing before handing them over to development
- Clearly document mathematical specifications for developers, QA, and compliance
- Support certification and regulatory filings with necessary mathematical documentation
- Consult on mathematical aspects for games in active development
- Participate in interviews and technical evaluations of new mathematicians as the team grows
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in building mathematical models for slots or similar casino games
- Strong background in probability theory, statistics, and simulation (Python, C++ or similar)
- Proven experience with released games that have certified/verified mathematical models
- Ability to clearly explain mathematical design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or interviewing other mathematicians is a big plus
- English language proficiency of Intermediate (B1) level or higher
