Game Mathematician (slot games)

What you will do: • Design mathematical models: calculate paytables, RTP, volatility, probabilities, and win distributions. • Create and maintain detailed documentation (PAR-sheets, math spec). • Write and run simulations in Python / C# to validate models. • Analyze statistics of released games and collaborate with game designers on balance and economics.

What is important to us: • 2–3 years of experience as a Game Mathematician in slots (model development). • Deep knowledge of probability theory, mathematical statistics, and combinatorics. • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. • Practical programming experience (Python, C#, Java, or others) for writing simulators. • Understanding of key metrics (RTP, house edge, volatility, hit frequency). • Higher technical/mathematical education.

Will be a plus: • Experience with specific mechanics (Megaways, Cluster Pays, crash, live casino). • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MGA, UKGC, GLI, etc.) and experience with certification. • Understanding of product analytics (LTV, retention, bet size distribution) and game design skills. • English language proficiency from B1+.
