Main areas of work:
- Development and improvement of the project's META-features
- Calculation and adjustment of game parameter balance for META-features
- Analysis of game data and statistics to improve the player experience and key project metrics
- Interaction with the team of developers, artists, and analysts to implement and test changes
- Conducting playtests of new mechanics and collecting feedback
We are looking for:
- Extensive RTS gaming experience and understanding of the genre
- Proficient skills in working with Google Sheets
- Solid knowledge of mathematics and mathematical statistics
- Extensive mobile gaming experience
- Higher education or incomplete higher education (preferably in mathematics/technical fields)
- Understanding of the basics of game mechanics design
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of mobile game economics and monetization
- Understanding of working with analytics
