Engineering Manager, Content Quality & Personalization (ML)

I’m looking for an Engineering Manager, Content Quality & Personalization (ML) to join our Marketplace team.

Tabby Marketplace is where our users discover what to buy, and this team is building the ML systems that make that experience smarter. You’ll work with a 25M+ product catalogue and lead a cross-functional team of ML, backend and frontend engineers, QA and product.

You’ll be working on: 🔹 LLM-based product enrichment, categorisation and translation 🔹 Product embeddings powering search & recommendations 🔹 ML-assisted content moderation 🔹 Large-scale ML and data pipelines 🔹 Evaluation and labelling infrastructure 🔹 Driving ML initiatives from idea to production

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of ML, backend and frontend engineers, QA and a product analyst, while staying hands-on technically.
