Gentlemen, there is a top vacancy for those who love gold - Chief Engineer, who is more interested in launching a mine from scratch than coming to an already operating facility. This is truly a top-level position: the CEO's right-hand man and direct interaction with the owner.

The project is at the greenfield stage: construction, launch of production, formation of a technical team, and establishment of a production system lie ahead.

We need not just a strong production manager who has supported the operation of an existing enterprise for many years. Ideally, we need a professional who has already gone through the path from a project on paper to the first extraction:

• participated in the launch of a mining enterprise from scratch,
• made key technical decisions,
• formed the mining plan,
• selected equipment and contractors,
• can foresee production risks in advance, rather than solving problems after they arise.

Priority is given to experience in gold mining and underground mining operations. Experience transitioning to open-pit mining will be a significant advantage.
