**We are looking for a client retention agent (Retention Agent) for an international Forex team to work with the Australian market 🇦🇺

💼 What needs to be done: — Work with existing clients — Retain and develop the client base — Build long-term relationships with clients — Increase LTV and client engagement

🎯 Requirements: — Retention / sales experience from 1 year — Experience in Forex (not required, we will consider candidates from iGaming/ Gambling/ Betting) — Experience working with the Australian market will be a strong advantage 🇦🇺 — Willingness to work according to Australian time (from 5:00 AM) — Fluent English — Strong communication and negotiation skills

💰 Conditions: — Fixed salary from $2500 and above depending on grade — Up to 13% commission + bonuses — High-quality leads 🔥 — Strong team and stable client flow
