Vacancy: Retention Agent

An international Forex company is looking for experienced Retention Agents to join its office in Limassol.

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🌍 Markets & Desks: • English Desk (Canada Market) • German Desk • French Desk

🕐 Working hours: 15:00 – 00:00

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex retention; Strong communication and client management skills; Ability to build long-term relationships with clients; Result-oriented mindset; Fluent language skills according to the selected desk.

Conditions:

Base salary: • €2,500 gross/month • Once reaching $100,000 in turnover, the base salary increases to €3,000.

Bonus structure (percentage of turnover): • $0 – $50,000 → 7% • $50,000 – $100,000 → 8% • $100,000 – $200,000 → 9% • $200,000 – $300,000 → 10% • $300,000+ → 11%

Payments: • Base salary — paid on the 1st of each month • Bonuses — paid on the 15th of each month

Additional information:

Relocation package may be offered for strong candidates; Preference is given to EU citizens, candidates already based in Cyprus, and local residents.

Please note:

Canadian citizens are not eligible for the English Desk (Canada Market). German citizens are not eligible for the German Desk.
