We are looking for a Data Engineer at PlaysDev to develop the data platform: optimize processes, implement standards, and develop architecture.

Tasks ❗️

• Development and refinement of Data Platform functionality

• Development and implementation of new approaches to pipeline development

• Optimization of data loading and processing

• Design of complex integrations and data flows

• Formation and development of development standards (logging, DAG structure, development approaches)

• Control of pipeline implementation quality

• Maintenance and development of technical documentation

• Training and mentoring the team

• Participation in architectural decisions

Requirements ❗️

• Expert SQL

• Advanced Python

• Deep experience with Apache Airflow

• Experience with MPP DBMS (Greenplum or similar)

• Experience in designing ETL/ELT processes

• Understanding of Data Platform / DWH architecture

• Experience in system performance optimization

• Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality
