Senior / Affiliate Team Lead | iGaming Brand

We are looking for a Senior / Affiliate Team Lead for CreativeByte, who will be responsible for developing the affiliate network in the African market.

📊 Responsibilities: • Develop the affiliate direction for Franco Africa • Manage and strengthen the team's work • Attract and develop partners: cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites • Control traffic quality, FTD / Regs, ROI, LTV • Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models • Analyze traffic, competitors, and identify growth opportunities

‼️ What's important: • 2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate in a similar role • Strong experience with affiliate traffic • Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager • Experience in team management and negotiation • English from B1, French is a big plus • Experience with capper traffic will be especially valuable
