Lead Navision Programmer (MS Dynamics NAV)

We are looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics NAV Programmer for the corporate accounting system development team of a large distribution and manufacturing holding company.

Product — a central accounting system that manages finances, procurement, warehouses, sales, and logistics. Scale — thousands of users, high demands on reliability and performance. We are actively developing integrations with external systems (including FGIS "Mercury" and EDI).

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture and implement new modules in NAV;
• Maintain the operability of existing solutions: make changes, fix bugs, improve system performance;
• Interact with the business during the task definition phase: help clarify requirements, propose technical solutions, and transform business requests into specific development tasks.

Requirements

• Understanding of database structure and design principles;
• Effective communication skills with clients — explain technical aspects in an understandable language and listen to their needs;
• Ability to work independently, without constant supervision, take initiative, and bring tasks to completion;
