Middle Full-Stack TypeScript Developer Required

We are a product team that values development speed, clean architecture, and real results.

We are looking for a developer who can take on end-to-end tasks: from designing proto-schemas and backend services (Node.js, gRPC/ConnectRPC, PostgreSQL/Redis) to implementing interfaces in React with proper typing and state management.

It is important to understand how the system is built as a whole, make technical decisions, and deliver features to production without constant supervision.

▪️Mandatory Technical Skills Frontend ▫️TypeScript — strict typing, generics, utility types, interfaces vs types ▫️React 18/19 — Hooks, Suspense, re-render optimization, understanding React Compiler ▫️MobX — reactive state management, observable / action / computed, stores Backend ▫️Node.js / Bun — event loop, streams, async/await, error handling in production ▫️Protocol Buffers — writing .proto schemas, code generation (protoc / buf) ▫️gRPC / ConnectRPC — service implementation, streaming RPC, middleware ▫️HTTP / REST API — endpoint design, error codes, pagination, versioning ▫️WebSockets / Socket.io — implementing bidirectional communication, event handling, connection management Databases / Storage ▫️MikroORM / TypeORM / Prisma — entities, migrations, Unit of Work, QueryBuilder ▫️PostgreSQL — indexes, JOIN, transactions, basic understanding of EXPLAIN ANALYZE ▫️Redis — caching, TTL, pub/sub, usage as a queue Infra / DevOps ▫️Git + GitHub — branching strategy, PR flow, code review, conflict resolution ▫️Docker — Dockerfile, docker-compose, multi-stage builds

▪️Nice to have ▫️NestJS — Server framework ▫️CI/CD (GitHub Actions) ▫️Jest / Vitest — writing tests ▫️Ethers.js / Viem / Wagmi ▫️Solidity — reading smart contracts ▫️OpenAPI / Swagger ▫️RabbitMQ / Kafka ▫️NoSQL DB (MongoDB or similar) — document model, aggregations ▫️AWS / GCP — basic knowledge

▪️Ideal Candidate ▫️Implements a feature from Proto-schema to UI component independently. ▫️Creates reusable React components with correct typing. ▫️Designs and implements ConnectRPC / gRPC services according to specified requirements. ▫️Writes MikroORM migrations without data loss. ▫️Chooses between PostgreSQL, Redis, and NoSQL based on task requirements. ▫️Sets up local environment via Docker Compose without assistance. ▫️Is able to design and maintain WebSocket communication between client and server.

▪️Soft Skills ▫️Independence in problem-solving. ▫️Ability to ask clarifying questions. ▫️Teamwork (Agile / Scrum). ▫️Proficient written communication. ▫️Readiness for code review and constructive feedback.
