Responsibilities
- Development and support of microservices in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
- Design of REST API and gRPC interfaces
- Implementation of scoring business logic and integration with ML models
- Creation of multi-agent systems
- Working with PostgreSQL: query optimization, schema design
- Interaction with Kafka for asynchronous event processing
- Participation in the Specification-Driven Development process
- Code review and mentoring of Junior developers
Requirements
Mandatory:
- 2+ years of commercial Java development experience (Java 17+)
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
- Experience with PostgreSQL (complex queries, indexes, optimization)
- Understanding of microservice architecture principles
- Experience with REST API (design, documentation)
- Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ fundamentals
- Ability to read and understand specifications (OpenAPI, gRPC proto)
Will be a plus:
- Experience in FinTech/InsurTech
- Knowledge of gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- Experience integrating with ML models
- Understanding of Vibe-coding principles and working with AI assistants
- Experience with Specification-Driven Development
