Tasks:
- Develop and evolve high-load services and platform solutions in Python
- Design and improve product architecture with the team
- Optimize service performance and automate development processes
- Work with databases, distributed systems, and modern development tools
- Participate in code reviews, discussions of technical solutions, and development of engineering practices
- Influence product development at all stages — from design to maintenance
Requirements:
- Know Python and understand its working principles
- Have experience participating in code reviews
- Understand the principles of multithreading and asynchronous programming
- Know how to write readable and maintainable code
- Have worked with databases and understand their working principles
- Be familiar with observability tools: logging, metrics, tracing
- Understand the principles of OOP, SOLID, and the basics of functional programming
- Experience in designing distributed systems and working with Kubernetes will be an advantage
- Experience in implementing AI solutions in products or interest in AI, LLM, and RAG will be an advantage
- Experience in improving development processes and developing product solutions will be an advantage
