We are now looking for a talented Junior AI Game Designer to create marketing videos using AI tools.
What you will be doing:
- Creating playable ads using AI tools. From idea to a working HTML5 build: mechanics, controls, interface, testing.
- Coming up with creative concepts. Analyzing competitor creatives and understanding why they work.
- Working with Unity game projects. Understanding someone else's project, assembling or reusing prefabs, animations, and effects.
- Using AI for content. Selecting and generating references, art, animations, and sound.
- Systematically improving your workflow, writing tools that speed up work, automating routine tasks.
- Diving into new areas and not being afraid to learn something unfamiliar.
What we expect from you:
- Actively use Claude Code/Codex/other agents on a daily basis. You have already made something working with AI tools and can show it: a link to a build, repository, or video.
- Game designer experience of 1 year or a strong portfolio of prototypes/pet projects.
- Basic understanding of code: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML.
- Speed and iteration. Here, five hypotheses per week are better than one perfect creative per month.
What will be a big plus:
- Experience with Luna Playworks / other playable SDKs, knowledge of ad network requirements.
- Git and task trackers.
- Understanding of UA metrics and performance marketing.
- Visual experience in mobile advertising.
- Unity at a confident user level.
