Our project «Zaporizhzhya» is looking for a Junior Game Designer to join our team.
«Zaporizhzhya» is a project that has gained popularity among players worldwide (over 30 million installations). It is a social farm with a vast world and a large number of characters, mechanics, and unique collectible in-game items.
Main areas of work:
- Working on regular game updates: quests, promotions, events — from concept to release in the game;
- Calculating the balance of in-game resources and content parameters according to specified templates;
- Developing and refining game mechanics — new ones and updates to existing solutions;
- Maintaining the current state of the game and documentation;
- Interacting with development, art, and analytics teams.
It's important for us that you have:
- An understanding of game mechanics and how they form gameplay;
- Broad outlook and experience — in general and in games in particular;
- The ability to clearly and argumentatively express thoughts in text and voice;
- Accuracy in working with numbers: basic level of Excel / Google Sheets;
- Ability to bring tasks to completion and readiness to deal with complexities, iterate on solutions;
- Ability and desire to work with neural networks.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in writing game design documents;
- Experience in analyzing game metrics.
