A casual mobile game studio is looking for a person with an analytical mindset who enjoys working with numbers: tuning balance, economy, and in-game offers so that players are engaged and metrics grow. This role involves tables, calculations, and system logic.

No game development experience required — if you have a strong background in mathematics / physics / engineering (relevant education).
What you will be doing: — adjusting game parameters, balance tables, and in-game offers — calculating promotions and special offers for different player segments — designing and supporting mechanics and systems — analyzing how changes affect the economy and player experience — verifying the correctness of settings and catching discrepancies before release — maintaining documentation and synchronizing work between departments
Who it suits:
❗️Strong STEM background (relevant university) without industry experience (physics, mathematics, engineering, exact/natural sciences). Game experience is not required. OR ❗️Game designer with 1–3 years of experience in related tasks — balance / economy / system design, proficient in Excel.
Important:
— attention to detail with numbers and critical thinking — systematic approach and independence in problem-solving — you play (at least sometimes) mobile or other games
